Planning on my winter project has anyone bought Victoria British seat covers and how difficult is the project this is for a Bj8

Hey ric157,
Cannot speak to the quality of VB seat covers but would think it is up to the same standards of folks like Moss Motors as obviously VB is a quality vendor. Moss makes their own but do not know who makes VB covers. You might consider looking at AH Spares in UK or John Skinner in UK as both make excellent covers and pricing even with shipping over to here is usually less than Moss or VB and IMHO quality is better. I have used all of the above except VB and of those three think AH Spares is better. Of course you can go to Heritage in Washington/Canada and no question about it, probably best out there. But they are pricey ! And to add insult to injury, BJ8 seat covers of course include the infamous folding seat back so even more difficult than all other Healey's. All this being said if you do it yourself which most of us do, go to Moss and buy their VHS tape on "how to install your interior" or something like that. It is the best $50 or whatever current cost is you can spend if you have never attempted to recover your seats. Seat bottoms are pretty simple but the seat backs are tough and so easy to not come out right. Take your time, have some arthritis pills or something to take as your hands will be aching pulling and stretching leather and vinyl. So hard to get the portion of the front of the seat back leather smooth and laying right. Pleated portion not bad to do but that outer 'rim' is tough. Good luck and again, take your time to get it right.
Regards,
Mike

Took a ton of pictures (big surprise...) when I put the Moss covers on my 100/6 seats. While the pattern is different, the process is the same.
