Valvoline VR1 20W-50 for the Gearbox>

Should I use Valvoline VR1 20W-50 for the gearbox? I am installing the new motor and I have a 1/2 case left over from the motor.

I switched my TR6 to Red Line MT-90 and have been very happy with it. The transmission now shifts amazingly smooth. I know, more money than other choices, but I am going to use it in my Midget also.

Yes of course Dad. For smooth case and rib case good for the engine good for the tranny.
