Well DUH.....ANYBODY knows you have to plug it in first and THEN pull the cord!!!
 
A friend of mine here in Chicago took his vacuum in for repair because it wasn't working. The repairman told him I know just how to fix it. He went in the back and brought out a Bear's jersey and put it on the vacuum. Now it sucks.
 
Ours quit,so we put a Kaepernick 49er's jersey on it -
now it REALLY sucks,but won't stay standing up.
