Vacation Time!

48 degrees this morning. Love it!

yup. Guilty, yer honour. :smirk:

Hey Mickey, do a shot of Red Stag for me at the Red Stag just outside the entrance to the Biltmore. As far as fall vacations, we're headed to Savannah GA for Halloween and the races on Hutchinson Island followed by a week at Hilton Head Island SC. Fall is a great time to travel. Ok, anytime we can get away is a great time to travel!

Will do, David! I'm not real thrilled about the Biltmore.

Red Stag sounds much more to my liking!

Anyone in Victoria, BC area?

I'm headed there next week for my first vacation in ages! Leaving tomorrow morning for a couple of days in Vancouver and then Victoria until the 9th, on the look out for interesting old cars on Vancouver Island... I will be likely having a visit with Ian Cox a collector of British commercial trucks, and then just general sight seeing otherwise...

take pics - especially of the trucks!

Beeee-autiful weather here in Orlando. Had a great day at Epcot.
Yesterday in NY it was 50s and pouring rain. now its sunny and 80s where we are. Oh yea!!!

Mehheh.

Now iff'n I could just figger out these pesky knots she used. :jester:

Man... Vancouver is just full of classics, during a downtown walk today of several hours (maybe nine or so...)

1) 1968/72 Chevy pickup cherry picker truck

2) Renault R8 Gordini in company with two Porsche 356's (I'll assume they are probably real if with the Renault), saw them below me as I crossed over a bridge

3) A rather rare 1960's Mercury van, spotted at a distance

4) A VW Thing all dressed military style

5) Some other American stuff...

And this is all just day one!

Brer Mick oughta be sippin' a Cuba Libre an' watchin' a sunset about now.
