..I am thinking of buying a used XK8, am I totally out of my mind? Are any years worse than others? What are the weak points etc. Any help would be great!

I'm sure that one of our resident Jaguar experts will be along to answer in due course, but yes, that V8 did have issues early on, cylinder liners if I recall correctly?
