used car compression test question

I found a possible car for making a SCCA Solo competitor- body good except paint, suspension front and rear shot, interior shot, steel wheels, no OD, good tranny ....engine starts and runs seemingly well.

18V engine compression test dry, warmed up, plugs out, throttle closed
Cyl 1-4 110, 110, 115,120

test wet 120,120,130,135

I would welcome thoughts on this compression test before I commit myself. I can easily do the suspension and intend to gut the interior, but do not look forward to an early rebuild.

That's an automatic engine rebuild to be competitive....yours are decent for a dily driver.
