The ones on my car have really deteriorated but they were installed many years ago. What would be the advantage of installing the the polyurethane ones? Longetivity but a stiffer ride?:indecisiveness:
 
I don't think you'd notice the change in ride, especially on a tr3.
Maybe just a bit more high frequency harshness, but tires will make more difference than shock bushings.
