but were afraid to ask: 
STOP!! Never post your email address in open forums. Bots can "harvest" your email! If you must share your email use a Private Message or use the 
smilie in place of the real @

I've seen videos posted but I can't seem to figure it out. I use apple product so I puts the video's in a .MOV file. How can I upload a short clip of about 4 seconds?

Rob - most BCF videos are first uploaded to YouTube; you'll need a free YouTube account to do that.
Then you post the YouTube "share" link to the BCF post you're making, using the video icon (second to right of the icons over the reply window).
