Upholsetry Trim

Just found a bag with a bunch of upholstery trim pieces from my kit. I guess I tucked it away and forgot about it, dumb! Bunch of stuff in there including a dash piece with the steering column sewed in.
Anyhow I found two pieces that have both ends shaped like the picture. It is roughly 44" long, 6" at the ends and the middle connecting piece is about 4" wide.
What would I cover in my 60 TR3A post 60000 car with those pieces?

Again all your thoughts appreciated.

The front alum. cover above the dash?

Aloha Dick,

I think that Dan might be right or the other guess would be the rear cap rail.

Steering Wheel would be pretty cool looking!

Well there are two of them, you might have something there. I'll check it out as soon as I get back from Cookeville later today. Never even gave those a thought.
Anyone have a picture or two they cold share?

Thanks , Tinkerman.
