Basil -

Don't know if it's on my end, but the "sidebar" where the Chat, etc. list is doesn't seem to be there (left side of the screen).

Nor is the other side... (Who's online, etc.)

Mine is fine. I'm using "Classic_bcf"

Just tried the "default" and it's fine too.

Ok, ok ok... Just tried them all - and they're all fine for me.

OK - just found the "Turn off the left/right menu" preferences. For some reason they changed....

Back to where it was.

That was weird, it shouldn't have messed with your settings.

Upgrades are like a box of chocolates - you never know what you're going to get!

I am having page load issues with the BCF. It takes 15-20 seconds for any page to load. I am in Firefox. I am not experiencing this time of delay when I Stumble or play on Facebook, just the BCF.

If I remember properly, the old version ignored those preferences. Mine were set to "don't show" for left and right, but they used to still show anyways. They don't show now, which is how I prefer it (as I'm often on my iPhone). Looks like those settings are now respected by the software.

I got a problem with it. Paul's engine is still red. I was hoping that was a bug.

Ok, the side bars being turned off makes sense. But there is still zero padding, so those of us who prefer the side bars off have the content slammed against the left side. Not a big problem really, only pointing it out because feedback was asked for.

It should be working similar to before now. You should see the side boxes except, for example, when reading or replying to posts, and a few other places where the extra real estate is needed.

Basil,
The link you put in the thread "Can we post parts for sale in the marque forums?" seems to be broken. It takes you to the main forum page. I hit another one, but do not find it right now. If I find it I'll edit this post.

Think I got it fixed.

Everything seems to be working fine for me. I didn't have the sidebars andother information for a few days, but everythign is working well now. I even loaded some pictures and that worked.

No issues here! Everythings cool! PJ

Man! I'm glad I don't "do" computers for a living!

MUCH easier to write sermons and solve theological quandaries...
