keoke,ya youll see! i sent my deposit in on wed. it might be a fun exercise in modern day sports car production but by the time the litigation is over my 63 bj7 will be worth $7700000.00 and my 9th generation nuckle head grandson also named anthony for some ungodly reason, will be driving it into things,and there still wont be a new healey being built.poor kid will have to keep the old heap!by then ill be /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/angel.gif and youll be /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/devilgrin.gif

AFAIK, from a press release from the company who plan to build the cars (not from a journalist who has to make something up to fill his pages every month) there is a clear statement that they will build cars, they will be at the Motor show in July, they have a protoype done now - are you suggesting that they have made all this up just to get us going!

Yoda always talked funny. Never knew what he was talking about.

We had a AHSTC rally yesterday, sun shining, 65 degrees on Lawngisland. We were chased by a guy in a Morgan +4, but lost him when his hat blew off. Anyway, discussed the new Healey issue and it was unanimous that it will never see the light of day. Of course, we also unanimously held that XK-140s were the girlie version of the XK-120 and because Anthony wasn't present, he was the new president, so what do we know. We thereupon adjourned and had lunch.

Thanks you for the translation, I understand the expression, what I don't understand is why you used it? As I said, there have been a number of times in the last few years where the idea of a revival was just talk; you are suggesting the HFI thing is also just talk, but this is not just talk because money has been invested, and clear, written down statements made, and inspite of these facts, you suggest its just talk, that's the bit I don't get.

Well, it’s been 10 months of silence from HFi . Still no pictures of the alleged new Healey. www.healeysportscars.com continues to be a blank page. Anyone heard anything? Are the poor souls who gave a down payment getting a refund? Bueller?

I had a long conference call yesterday with the Boards of Directors of AHCA and AHCUSA. They still could not agree to merge and until that occurs there will be no new Healey car.

All kidding aside......does anyone have any info? I have emailed HFI a couple of times asking for info with no replys. I sure was expecting to see a press release or two by now.
