My next job i wanna do to this old bastard of a car is rip the dash out and clean it up a bit. As you can tell its in very average condition... the only thing that didnt have a stratch on it was the CD player Blanker, NOW... theres a dirty big scratch over it /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mad.gif

The finish of it is a kinda rough surface...with several areas missing (eg. under the ignition from all my keys)

Anyone have any ideas on how to get it looking all shmick again?

Re: Update on my end.

If you are lucky, KimDeB will be along sometime to show you how to do it...she has a pictorial with a great description on how she did hers.

Haven't heard from her lately...KIM, ARE YOU THERE???
