doc, dont ya think the local police have had run ins with these people before? ya dont think they have complaints listing their plate numbers? dont think they have been given tickets and warnings before? look a guy is laying in an alley dressed in rags totally unconscious no smack on em, no needle, but his arms and legs are covered in needle holes, hes been busted/hauled in before for buying drugs and petty theft, what do we have here? a diabetic that loves to sleep in dark dank alleys, come on blow the smoke off the legal bull and let em get what they deserve.the cops are not being hard on these people these people are being hard on the cops and us! ill continue to read all that will hence forth be contributed to this subject but will not submit additional comment since i have been very personally effected and my thoughts are purely subjective. and to those who disagree im certain if your loved one gets hit by a speeding race car in the streets youll jump up in court to protect the driver and the ozone. /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/crazyeyes.gif
