Yes, the subject line is redundant, but I don't know what this is! I ran across this photo while looking for the Jamaican photo. I forget what kind of car it is, but it looks British at least. It was for sale in the paddock at Summit Point.

Can someone please tell me what it is?

Looks like a Rochdale GT. There was one for sale in Dallas about a year ago. Nice, but the guy had it way, way overpriced.

Yes, ir is a Rochdale GT.

A somewhat newer model, an Olympic sold here in Scotland earlier this year for around £4500 ~ $9K at current exchange rates.

Rochdale GT, and those are Ford wheels. See Lotus 6, for example.
