For some reason I can't get that to work on my system (when I upload), but I haven't tried in awhile.

Try uploading then saving as normal, but then, Edit your post and double click the thumbnail in the edit window. I sometimes have trouble getting it to work on initial upload, but if I edit then do it it seems to work.
 
Thanks. Will try that in the future. Have previously had problems with the editor... but haven't checked in awhile.

EDIT: Just checked (with a post I didn't go through with). It worked!
