... two shiny HS2 carbs. :fat: I don't have a use for them, but a dear friend does... so he'll get them on Christmas day when they come for dinner. Actually, this fellow has done so much work for me over the years, it seems like the least I can do. These carbs have renewed throttle-bodies with shafts, jets and floats.
Now, if only Santa would leave me some Bugeye goodies.

This Christmas will all about my first grandchild... Emma, who is 2.5 years old. So, needless to say, my wife went OVERBOARD and the stuff under the tree is mostly for Emma. They (my daughter and son-in-law) come into town this evening.

Well, my wife (Helen) gets most of the credit. I do enjoy watching all the fun. :o Thanks.
My main job was getting the massive star up on our deck railing (seen for about 1/2 mile). It is 24' tall and 16' wide welded out of aluminum and, the best part, it pulsates from the center out (with the chasing controlled by a special circuit). Enjoyed the design and construction more than anything. It has 16 legs (some short, some long).

Grand kids make a huge difference at Christmas. Our 4 are great fun!

And at one point last night, all 10 of us were actually at the dining room table eating dinner together.
It only lasted about 2 minutes but it was like a Christmas miracle. :friendly_wink:

This year Santa got me some clothes plus a large funnel for the race car. But I'm not complaining. Last year he got me the Super 7. :friendly_wink:
 
Our gift is the home we're building for retirement. Should serve 'til the next millennium!

That, and watching the grandkids open theirs.
 
My gift was getting to meet my grandkids for the first time.
My son and his wife were blessed with twins… a son and daughter.
 
I always put the tree outside so the neighbors can enjoy (?) it too.

And following my tradition of being "Secret Santa" to less fortunate folks in the area, I see lots of smiles, hugs, and thanks from "the recipients".
