I'm unable to edit or delete my posts, getting this message when I try to change a post:
attachment.php

After this message I have no choice but to Cancel and lose my changes.

Just now tried it and it worked - text only.
 
I'm working on the issue. Think it's related to recent upgrade to newer PHP version on the server.
