UK or USA?

My post asking for a pulley made me think, if someone's got one it might be a long way away, how many of us on here are in the USA and how many in UK? How many elsewhere?

Just wondering (will be a Jedi in no time at all)

I am in Australia. I probably have a spare pulley somewhere.
Is there any point in suggesting that you cannibalise an Austin A70? They are getting thin on the ground, even here on the driest continent. The Austin Motor Club is probably watching, too!

Ah...you may have just answered something I had wondered, is an A70 pulley the same?

Do you think they are watching? Feeling a little paranoia setting in...LOL

Most of the BCF members are US based.

I estimate there between 300 and 400 members in the UK.

Some time back I was curious and used the member profile search facility to see who was located in Scotland, and found around 20 members.

Plugging in "UK" for the location turned up another 220; "England" another 80 and even "London" pulled up 25 or so. And 10 were in "Wales". Only a couple said they were from "Britain"....

But some of this was double counting "London, England, UK" would show up on all three, and some weren't right at all- one or two of the "Wales" responses were for New South "Wales"....

Some time when I'm really bored I might try it for France, and Germany, or ...

Ben,

I am from the US and as far as sending your parts back to England.... hey stop it!!

In the US we call that Indian giving. You sent us your Healeys here in the 50's and 60's and now your taking them back one by one. You are pretty bold as now you are asking for our spares as well eh?

Enough of that, if you English are just going to kill em all with rust then don't be Indian givers. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/nonono.gif

At least you send over good beer though with Bass Guinness and the like. Ply us with alcahol eh?

As far you Aussies go the next time you come over bring your own beer dang-it!! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thirsty.gif I have never seen a bunch down more beer!! Leave some beer for us won't you.
