As requested and because I am on the road and bored in a hotel room:

You can't put a better bitta butter on your knife.

I bet he drinks Carling Black Label.

Happiness is a cigar called Hamlet.

Heineken refreshes the parts other beers cannot reach.

Mr Kipling makes exceedingly good cakes.

Who knows the secret of the Black Magic box?

Roses grow on you!

It’s what your right arm’s for!

What we want is Watney’s! - a beer that was worse than Budweiser and the first pint I ever drank; I didn't know better at the time.

Your mother wouldn’t like it! - which LBC was this?

It doesn’t look like you can afford it - another LBC.

The MGB.

"Two infallible powers-the Pope and Bovril"

"You're never alone with a Strand"

"It does what it says on the tin"

A Thousand and One cleans a big, big carpet, for less than half-a-crown!

"Your mother wouldn’t like it!" The MGB I believe?

Spreads straight from the fridge!

And all because the lady loves.....Milk Tray!

Only the crumbliest, flakiest chocolate.

Tizer, the appetiser!

Everyone's a Fruit and Nut-case.

I've just spent the last 20 minutes looking for the Spitting Image version of the country life butter slogan.
That show never gets old!

"Unzip a banana"
"Go to work on an egg".
And then there's the chimps, "Do you know the piano's on my foot? No,son, you whistle it and I'll play it."

Stuart.

Cheer up, Ian-

Gosh, oh my! I must be getting old!!

I thought Jingles was Howdy Doody's good buddy.

"The Milky Bar Kid is strong and tough.....
And only the best is good enough"

Simon. Good find! They may as well repeat the entire series, change the names, it's as relevant today as it was 25 years ago.
Which by the way, I was too young to watch at the time!

"......It's Shake N Bake.....and I helped.....!"
Not UK I know, but for some reason that one always comes to mind.....

I forgot about Spitting Image and have been enjoying the ones on You Tube. Funny how what goes around comes around.

Those who don't learn from the mistakes of history are destined to repeat them.

The one I remember best is the Pepsodent one
