Two New England Shows

There are two great shows coming up over the next 3 weeks.

The first is The Connecticut Triumph Register show on Sunday the 13th. This show always gets a good mix of British cars and is held in Wickham Park in Manchester CT.

The British Invasion is set for the weekend of Sept 18th in Stowe VT. This is a great show that will draw upwards of 600 cars from all over the east coast and Canada. The Speed Channel will be filming an episode of My Classic Car at this years show.

I'll be at both shows and wonder who else will be attending them.
 
I mapped out the Ct show and it doesn't look too bad from here via Rt6. I would be inclined (weather permitting) if some of the other RI/Ma cars were of a mind to make the run. Brosky? Stephen? Anyone...........

Stowe at close to 5hr might be a bit much for a day trip I fear ( speaking only for myself obviously)
 
I'm going to try to make the CTR show. I went a couple of years ago and it was pretty good. I've never been able to make the Brit. Invasion in Stowe. I won't be able to do it this year but I'm hoping to make it next year. There is also a great show put on by the Cape Cod British Car Club that will be on Oct. 4th: British Legends Weekend - 2009 that I'm hoping to get to.
 
I can't do Stowe, but I'm planning to get to Manchester. Let's see what Steve, Howell and Al have to say.

How about the rest of the Mass guys? This show is open to ALL Triumphs, not just us TR6 guys.
