Two Car Garage - sort of...

Saw this amusing listing for a home (at CarTalk) that includes a 2 car garage.

Well, it kinda makes sense, as it seems most folks don't use their garage for cars!
 
Most likely a model home. Here they are all like that, partly because the garage is the showroom and partly because they fence the whole property (so people have to go through the registration room) and a garden looks better than a driveway with a fence. :p
 
Maybe there's another door on the other side... and this one is for show (or to be removed upon sale). If just marketing, it strikes me as an odd expense.
 
LBC goes thru front door. Friend of mine was building a house and the contractor asked if the pickup was his. Yes, why? Cannot have laundry room at end of garage, truck will not fit. Laundry room eliminated and moved inside, truck fits. Only truck in neighborhood not in driveway because of a contractor with a brain.
