Apparently, another little cottage industry in the UK has bought the original LWB molds for the Tuscan and will build a new Tuscan.

Power will be Chevy LS3 (6.2L).

Thanks for posting, Nial.

Really nice reproduction. But an LS3 with "480 BHP" and 2,100 lbs.??? It's not a car, it's a rocket!

Holy cow, now that's overkill! But then, it's all about the overkill, isn't it?

The original Tuscan was beautiful, and so is this one. Very nice to see the original concept was retained.

The car pictured has yet to be built. That is a photo shop version of a racing car that they have built. Would love to know the story behind them "buying" the Tuscan molds...these are owned by David/Gerald TVR.
Cheers,
D.

There is a full story on this particular project in the latest issue of SPRINT, the monthly magazine published by the TVR Car Club of England.
