Turn signal problem

Hi all,
The left turn signal is erratic on my 62 BT7. Trafficactor is working fine. The right turn signal blinks fast and the left has blinks slow and sometime not at all.
Is this a flasher or relay problem? Any advice would be greatly appciated.

I would lean towards the relay. Though a poor ground could be the culprit too.

start with the connections see what happens ,then i would go with the flasher its the cheapest way to go

Fast or slow is usually a resistance difference. You need to verify if all the bulbs are actually lighting and are they all the same wattage. If some lights don't light or sometimes not at all, then I would point to the signal relay on the fender well.
