Turn signal nightmare !

Well we have a 1961 mk1 bug eye , we are having a turn signal problem, so this is what is happening , first thing was they where not even lighting up , so first thing first change out the flasher relay with a new one , turn on the lights they light up besides the rear switched on the passenger side works front and rear . Switch it over too the driver's side the all the lights dim as if they are all trying to be the turn signal, and no power to the rear drivers side , that might be a bad wire or ground.
Any help would be amazing
