Hello All!
I just wanted to provide you guys with the solution to my issue. I replaced the turn signal flasher relay this evening and I no longer have a fast blink and also no longer have any bleed over of power to both signal indicators on the dash.
The signals work as they should... normal rate of blink and also as I move the trafficator from left to right signal, only one dash indicator is lit.
New flasher relay solved the problem.
