Turn signal blinks, tach needle swings

My 72 BGT has developed a gremlin, when the turn signal is used the tach needle pulses in time to the signal! Bad ground?

Warren - Does this happen on both left and right or on just one side? Are the indicator lights on the dash working and are all four turn signals working? Finally, are the signals blinking at the standard rate or are they flashing fast? It really sounds like you may have a short in one of the lines to ground and when that line is energized, it is dragging the voltage down, causing the tach needle to dip. Good luck - Dave

The indicator lights on the dash work but blink at a rapid rate, and it is on both right and left signals. I'll have to check if all four signals are working. Thanks, Warren
