Turkey Run Report

Spent half of my Turkey-day at Daytona's annual Turkey Run. Typically average turn-out for Thursday, nothing overly spectacular to see. Lots of neat stuff, tons of junk, scads of people thinking they have a priceless gem to sell. Being mostly ignorant about American cars (to me it's like art - I don't know much about it but I know what I like), I just browsed and looked for something besides the typical Ford and Chevy. I missed pictures of several Jags - maybe I'll get those today.

Full galleries to follow this weekend.

Better late than never... a few more pictures from the Turkey Rod Run of last weekend. I'd been suffering with a foot injury most of the week and was trying to take it easy, so I didn't walk around all that much. One could easily spend days taking pictures and hardly see anything at the show. I limited myself to VWs, a few British cars (I missed a couple of nice XJSs and a Stag), and a couple of other things.

On the Friday after Thanksgiving we had our annual "gaslight" parade of antique/classic cars. We had a whole contingent of British cars (of which I got absolutely no pictures, unfortunately) and drove as a group.
