Tube shock conversion

I noticed some places where the tire had been rubbing the brake hose in the front. I think this is due to the tube shock conversion that I did a few years ago. Is there any special way to tie these out of the way so they wont rub any more???

There's two guys over at MG experience.net that gave me the advice I needed for doing mine. I'd take it over there.
