MGB Trying to restore emissions controls on 79 MGB

A short while back I gave my B to my son. MANY years ago the emissions controls had been removed and he lives in San Diego - the revenge of the father shall be visited on the son! I am helping him gather some parts and help him locate where they go on the car, but we are having one problem (that we know about so far). On the gulp valve, there are 3 ports. One of the 2 larger ports connects to the rear of the engine, apparently to something called "Adapter, gulp valve", Moss p/n 373-860. Is this what we need, how does it mount to the manifold, and, most importantly, where can I get one?

I would appreciate some help.
Bob
