Looks good, now all you need is that little sheet of paper that tells you to connect part number 1 to part number 2, etc.!

That's definitely a way to speed things up! Did you find that engine in Houston? If so, I need to take some pointers from you..

I found it by chance at u-pull a-part, they had it in the back, the front clip had been cut off and most of the body is rusty but the engine and trans look better than the hole I have. they are photographing it before they remove the engine so i have additional referance.

Wow, small world. Roughly Pasadena area? I think I know the donor car - if it had a crushed windshield I definitely did and I was the first to open up the front hood in probably 20 years. What I recall was that it looked untouched which should be good for you. Also, the hood was on, so hopefully the rain etc didn't do any damage. Assuming I know the car that is..

that sounds like the car (white-ish), the hood was not on it today but they cut the front clip off about 3 weeks ago so it wouldn't be. they said they got it from the city or impound.

That's the one. I almost bought the dashboard from them a few months ago, but at the time the yard owner thought everything I looked at was worth its weight in gold!
