Almost always a problem is caused by one component. The chance of having multiple failed components at one time is lotto odds.
If the problem occurred right away earlier and is now fixed, it would give you a comfort level to replace the old components back into the system one at a time until you figure out which one caused the problem. I'd start with the condenser, then coil.
The fact that the car runs well now argues against the fuel pump or fuel filter.
