MGB Troubles with gages and fans on 1979 MG

I have a 1979 MG. Everything was working on that fall last time I drove the vehicle. Now My radiator fan and heater fan as well as some gages (gas, tack, and temp) are not working. My instrument panel is lighting up and oil pressure gage is working. I have checked the fuses I can identify under the hood and they seem to be ok. Any thoughts?

check your grounds - black wires

Both the cooling fans and the green circuit (some gauges, heater fan) are connected to the 3rd fuse down. I believe that fuse gets its power from the ignition relay via a white/brown wire. Could be a bad relay or a problem with that wire connection. Oil pressure gauge is mechanical, so that wouldn't be affected.
