It's an SSK with-I think- a special one-off body by Zagato or Touring. One of the better pre-war Italian styling houses. That car looks fantastic from any angle, but overhead is really quite startling!
Jack, I have looked and looked and cannot find a pornographic reflection at all /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/jester.gif (louvers? hehe!!)

The car is known as the "Count Trossi". It is/was a 1930 Mercedes Benz 720 SSK. One of 5 known 720's that still exists. The car was purchased by Trossi after its competition career was over and he sent it, chassis number 36038, to Willie White who fashioned a body of steel. White was a relatively unknown coachbuilder and he formed the body to Trossi's design which probably explains why the car is simply known as the Trossi Roadster.
