Was hiking with one of the organizers for Triumphest 2012 this morning and thought I would post the website link for those that might be interested in coming to Flagstaff, AZ in late September (cool, 7000 feet elevation, 1hr 15 min from the South Rim of the Grand Canyon). DCTRA will be hosting... https://www.triumphest.com/

A great locale to be sure -- but for me there are 3 car events in the Fall in the AZ/NM area and it appears all 3 choose the same weekend.

I need to think about this real hard, I'm in Parks, AZ (just outside of Flag) 4 times a year to vist my daughter and grand daughters. I don't think I would drive my 3 3K round trip I may trailer it.

It's a long drive in a TR3 to be sure, but I've driven mine almost that far and survived the experience. The real "iron bottom" award goes to Charles Runyan, who drove his from PA to CA and back for the combined VTR/TRfest a few years back.
