TR6 Triumph TR6 Windshield seal on ragtop

I'm attempting to replace the seal on the front of the ragtop where it attaches to the windshield. I did this years ago when I was younger. That being said, I am having a heck of a time getting the seal through the channels. I have been using WD-40 to work the seal in the channels with not much luck. Does anybody have a better method of installing that seal? I'm not as strong as I use to be!

I don't think you can pull the seal through the channel. It's a tedious process, but you can insert one side of the seal and slowly tuck the other side in with a thin screw driver. It will take a while.

Thanks guys for the help, I did what Ed suggested and that works. I'm about halfway installing it.
