TR4/4A Triumph TR4A Tachometer Repair

I thought my muffler had fallen off. It sounded like my engine was right in my lap, but then I saw my that tach was dead and the loud engine/clicking sound was coming from the tach housing itself.

I assume this has nothing to do with the cable. I can feel it rotating.

So, does anyone have a recommendation for tachometer repair?

I'm actually relieved to have another Triumph project. I was getting complacent. thx
 
Mark at British Auto also repairs these, as well as having replacement instruments and parts available. He rebuilt the speedo on my TR-6 and it works flawlessly.
