I think that is the kit frequently seen on eBay; it's basically a "one size fits none" installation, meaning <span style="font-weight: bold">you </span>get to customize it to fit your car. The seller rotates ads, listing with every possible model at one time or another.
I believe the kit Moss is working on is a belt-driven Rootes-type blower, rather than a turbocharger.
IMO, the TR3-4 motor would be a reasonably good candidate for modest boost; as the bottom end is fairly strong (especially if you observe the stock redline) and forged pistons are readily available. But as with any blower setup, the main thing is to avoid detonation under ALL conditions. Even if you can't hear it, detonation will quickly destroy a motor.
Here's a souvenir of my last go-round with detonation (although not caused by a blower)
