I bought bits and pieces of the Eaglegate kit to fit a Toyota W58 to my Triumph TR3. It went together, but I mis diagnosed a faulty transmission for the parts not working and removed them.
I bought many parts from Mark Carney (mctriumph on here), some from Rimmer bros and some off Ebay. Mark should be able to give more details on his kit as well as supplying parts not included.
I have over $1700 invested, wanting $1300 or best reasonable offer.
You will need a flywheel modification for a TR3, rear transmission mount for the W58 along with the shifter modification. The last time I checked, Moss motors was still carrying them.

Parts included: modified bellhousing with uprated fork assy, cut down clutch disc, metal sleeve, throwout bearing and sleeve, slave cylinder & bracket, Laycock/Sheffield pressure plate. Also included is a bullet shell that is to be cut down and put over the input shaft of the W58 so you get a tighter fit in the existing pilot bushing.
These parts have no more than ten miles on them.
