My father and I restored this car once in the early 80s. I use "restore" very lightly. I was 16 at the time and Dad said if I could get it running and fixed up I could drive it. A 16 year-old in a tr3 going to high school /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/banana.gif

At that time there was no such thing as a WWW and I did the best I could and got in shap and running. Flash forward to today. Now after five years of sitting in the garage and 20 someodd years later it's running again! But now I have access to help. I got my TR3 from my uncle in Franklin OH. Drove it back there in 99 after get back on the road.

Great story... I enjoyed you and your Dad's user names: "originalowner & mine".

Ohio is certainly a hotbed of TR3 activity with many clubs, shows, TRA HQ, etc.
