I'm looking for a serviceable propshaft for a TR7 with and automatic. The old one has two CV joints with identical flanges front and back.

You my friend, will soon be seeking a driveshaft repair shop. There they will install real U joints
onto the POS ya got now. Good news is it's not $$. They will also balance it and it will work as new.
Been there on Miata drive shafts same issue.

Well I have found a willing driveshaft repair shop and have a question for the group. Equipped with the “banjo” rear axle the existing shaft has the same square bolt pattern on both ends. I know because I accidentally fitted it backwards once. The shop advises the centreing flange diameters on the shaft ends are slightly different. Does anyone know the correct dimensions?

Is the pinion flange pattern the same as the Spitfire/Gt6 propshaft/axle?
