I have installed triple carbs on a 70 E-type. Having trouble with the manual choke. It binds when used. Anybody have the same problem and if so how did you fix it?

Umm... did this show up elsewhere? I thought there were some tentative posts to finding out more about the problem... or did I have one too many CAB's?!?!
 
This is a repeat for some reason, not sure why.
