Trike, anyone?

A beast for sure, a trike? Maybe technically - though I count 4 wheels. More like a dragster with hand controls and no front axle.

Still, quite a piece of work.

Definately NOT for me. But I have a friend who's building a 2-wheeler around a Jag V-12.

I've seen that thing before. It was at a gas station on a flatbed last year. Not my cup o tea, but cool non the less.

Anyone else notice, "size does matter" written on the butterflies of the bug catcher?

So, why does he lean into the turns?? Is he looking past the blower intake??
What happened to the parachute when he backed up to pick up the chick??
What happened to the chick?? Did she fall off??

And it looks like he's got a slush box on there...never saw him shift except when he put it in gear at the start.

There's some nice engineering on that thing though. Nicely done.

......I like purple......

I admired the purple too. Once that was gone I got bored and shut the vid off.

"I'll take th' cash instead, Monty."

It's more like a tractor.
I thought that you had to have fenders.

Seemed to me like the guy had a real need to prove how big his......creativity is!

I was thinking the same thing. Needless to say, I drive a Midget

I don't think you can recover that thing once it gets loose from you.

Why is it that all these trike-builders get the geometry wrong? They always have the triangle backwards (Two wheels at the back and one up front) providing for VERY unstable cornering characteristics! That new Can Am trike has it right (as did the early three-wheeler Morgans). With two wheels in the front and one at the back stability is MUCH better and also allows much safer "tail-sliding" in the corners!

Hi Mike,
You could add the T-Rex into that list too. Side note, I always thought they got the muffler placement wrong. I should be higher, up near the fender.

Yes Greg, I did omit the T-Rex...(and I even penned a design for a similar vehicle way back in the late '70's!
