/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazyeyes.gifO.K. you Jaguar guys out there. I need some help on a transmission question. I have noticed in Jaguar books that when the car is equipped with the B/W automatic there is an option for an intermediate hold switch usually placed in the upper portion of the dashboard to the left of the steering wheel on a left hand driver. It would be great to install this switch which keeps the automatic in second gear until the switch is "switched" then onto third gear. The transmission does kick down into second when needed, however, on occasions second gear would be great for in town driving and when passing etc. Is this just an electrical device that can be wired from the transmission? I have a 1959 MK1 if that makes any difference. Any incite would be appreciated. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif
