Tranny Tunnel Heat

Be careful!

The transmission needs space around it for cooling air flow. Any insulation placed between the cover & the transmission can block the air flow. I would say that 1/4" thick foil faced insulation such as "Dynamat" would be the maximum thickness to use on the transmission side of the cover.
