i know i didnt leave it in gear i said, and i was right the shifter was in neutral but after i jacked the rear wheels off the ground and it started the rear drivers side tire was spinning, it wont shift into any gear accept 3 and 4. now heres the question how much is is going to cost me ?

Remove the shifter, check and oil up everything you can see in and around the shifter. Pay attention to the reverse lock out pin on the right hand side of the shifter too. A bit of Liquid Wrench may be all that you need.
At least it's worth a try.
Or maybe the 1st/2nd shift fork lock nut came loose. That happened to one of my trannys. of course that fix has to be done from the side cover. It can be done with the tranny in the car but it's no fun.
