Dunno why but I posted and it ain't here... suffice it to say Nial covered what it contained, and a caution about loading the box while in two gears at once by running the engine and engaging the clutch can break things worse than they already are... and that you're looking at pulling the engine/gearbox as the only way to truly fix it. sorry.
