Tranny Mount Bolts

Got the Motor tranny assembly back in with all bolts except the tranny mount from the bottom. The only long bolts a I have left are abour 3" 3/8NF. The only thread that will start is a 5/16 coarse. What is the proper thread for those 2 bottom bolts?

I do not believe there is any coarse bolts on the car - all BSP fine

General rule for most Brit cars (and others) is that fine thread bolts go into steel parts, coarse ones in alloy.

Got it together properly. I have the Speedwell racing engine mounts in front, they have a triangular bracket on a delrin pivot bushing that bolts to the motor, and then a second bracket that bolts to the frame. I removed the front motor anchor bolts and loosened the pivoting bolts. I then used the engine hoist to take the weight and then lowered it letting it settle where it wanted, The bottom bolts (3/8NF) lined up perfectly, then installed the side tranny bolts and finally the engine mount bolts, A couple of other comments, I only found the transmission oil fill hole by looking at a Utube and that was the first time I had ever bled a clutch and even tho it has a remote bleeder, I have no idea it it got done correctly.
