We have had a very valuable topic on the UK Register forum concerning hidden cracks in the brackets that hold the rear arms to the chassis.
This was discovered by a member who has access to aircraft standard inspection equipment and he posts interesting pictures of his brackets.
Were these brackets to fail you could easily loose your car or worse. The pictures show he was pretty lucky.
