A deputy pulls over a motorist for speeding. When asked the reason for his excess speed, the driver explains that he is a juggler and that he is late for a gig. The deputy is intrigued by this, and says that if the man can prove that he really is a juggler he will be let off with a warning.
The driver explains that he can't give a demonstration because his props were shipped directly to the venue, so the deputy suggests using some of the flares that he has in the trunk. The driver agrees, so the deputy goes to the back of his car with several flares, which he lights.
The driver then starts to go into his act, providing a wonderful display of co-ordination and skill.
Just then another car pulls up behind the squad car. Out gets a drunk, who stands there, swaying slightly, watching the act. He then walks up to the squad car, opens the back door, climbs in and closes the door behind him.
The cop walks up to the squad and asks what he thinks he's doing? The drunk replies, " You might as well just take me straight to jail, there is no way that I'm going to pass THAT test!"
