Track a restorer of a BJ7 In phoenix

Help please! I bought a BJ7 VIN HBJ7L124286 that was built in phoenix and sold in a Scottsdale Barret auction in 05.

The car has a scratch and needs to be painted. I am trying to track the shop that restored the Healey to get the color code and possibly some details on the Restoration.

Any help woyld be great.

Nice car, succes with your search.

For the paint, over some years the color might fade some.
Maybe its a solution to have some made in the true color the car has now.
Filling up a scratch needs no clearcoat and therefore can stay somewhat visible

Have you tried contacting Barrett Jackson?
They may be able to put you intouch with the prior owner.
Or if they don't give our the sellers information, you could provide Barrett Jackson with your contact information to give the seller. If they're open to that. I would think they would be.

It make take a little while for Barrett Jackson to go thru their paper work to find that information.

thank you all so much. No response from Barret, I will take the advice and find a Dupont Chroma Vision computer scanner and have them match the color/

Good do that or find a restoration shop and their painter can match the color this is no big deal today.Fwiw--Keoke

Many of the Healeys that came across the block at BJ in recent years came out of Curt Tanners Shops. I believe I saw your car come across the block back then and I think it was one of Tanners.
